Clement Aardweg

Clement Aardweg has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Clement is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Crop Nutrition Laboratory Services (Cropnuts) since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technology Consultant at Argus Media from October 2018 to September 2022. Clement also worked as the Head of UK at Melon AD from January 2020 to February 2022. Clement has also held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Integer Research Limited from August 2012 to September 2020. Clement co-founded and served as the Head of Development at UON Global from September 2008 to August 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Development Lead - Online Services at Integer Research Limited from October 2005 to September 2008. Clement has also worked at Santander Global Corporate Banking as a Senior Analyst Developer/Team Lead from July 2004 to August 2005. Before that, they worked at HM Revenue & Customs as a Technical Lead/OO Application Architect from June 2003 to July 2004. Clement co-founded eLearning WMB in May 2002 and worked there till May 2003. Clement also worked as a Senior Analyst Developer/OO Application Architect at Merrill Lynch HSBC from September 2000 to April 2002.

Clement Aardweg has pursued multiple educational experiences and certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Clement obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in AgTech and Innovation from the Royal Agricultural University. In addition, they attended the IMM Graduate School to study Business & Marketing, and the CTI Education Group where they focused on Computer Science. Apart from their formal education, Clement also obtained certifications in Azure AI from Microsoft, Machine Learning from Stanford Online, and Project Management from Google.
