Mbugua Muhia

Mbugua Muhia, PMP®, is an experienced partnerships manager currently serving as Partnerships Manager – Smallholder Systems for East Africa at Crop Nutrition Laboratory Services (Cropnuts) since February 2025. Previously, Mbugua held the position of Partnerships & Special Projects Manager at Regen Organics from November 2022 to January 2025 and served as Project Manager - Service Delivery Excellence at Sama from March 2021 to November 2022. Mbugua also worked at CloudFactory in various roles, including Associate Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing over 10 workstreams across three continents and facilitating client engagement. Earlier experience includes positions as Program Assistant at Farm Concern International, Campus Brand Ambassador at Unilever, Trade Finance Intern at Development Bank of Kenya Ltd., and Executive IT Intern at Efficaxx Support Consultants. Mbugua holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi.
