Kara Fraone

Kara Fraone joined Crop One Holdings in 2019 as the Human ResourcesMan ager and is now the Director of Human Resources. Since joining Crop One she has worked to create focused human resources goals for the organization. This has included consistent hiring processes and workforce planning as well as maintaining employee engagement and retention as top priorities. Ms. Fraone has a wealth of experience in corporate human resources. Prior to joining the Crop One team, she was an HR Business Consultant for Staples, Inc and an HR Generalist at Reebok International. In these roles she was responsible for driving key HR programs and objectives, as well as coaching and advising managers and employees to create successful teams. Ms. Fraone began her career in HR in the financial industry at Bear Stearns. Ms. Fraone earned her BSBA in marketing and communication from Bryant University.
