Karmen (Kerec) Mitmansgruber has a diverse work experience in product design and user experience. In their current role as Team Lead Product Design at Cropster, they oversee the design team. Previously, they worked at Greentube GmbH as Team Leader Product Design & User Research, Product Design Team Lead, and Senior UX and UI Designer. Karmen also has experience as a UI and UX Designer at Edgar, the storyteller. Prior to that, they worked at Mikropis Holding as a UX and UI Designer, Social Media and Communications Manager. Karmen's early career includes roles as a Social Media Manager, Junior Copywriter, Web and Print Designer at Kainoto d.o.o., and as a Public Relations Assistant at PR plus d.o.o.
