Mariana Ottolia

Mariana Ottolia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cropster since March 2024. Previously, during a decade at Suzano, Mariana held several roles including HR Business Partner Manager, where management of a team to support over 500 employees internationally was key, and HR Business Partner Coordinator, responsible for the integration of HR processes following a significant merger. In earlier roles, Mariana focused on performance evaluations and change management strategies. Mariana began their career as an HR Consultant at Viva Talentos Humanos, implementing innovative recruitment strategies. Educational qualifications include a Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School, a Master’s Certificate in Business and People Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
