The Croptek Group is a UK-based agricultural business specialising in integrated crop nutrition, combining conventional fertilisers, organic nutrient sources and biological inputs to support sustainable and profitable farming systems. Based in King’s Lynn and operating across East Anglia and the UK, the group works closely with farmers to deliver practical, field-led solutions that improve crop performance, soil health and nutrient efficiency.

The business is structured across three divisions: Croptek Ltd (fertiliser consultancy and crop nutrition programmes), Croptek Organic Ltd (organic manures and soil conditioning products) and Croptek Bio Ltd (biostimulants and biological inputs, including seaweed-based technologies). Together, these divisions provide a joined-up approach to nutrient management, helping growers balance productivity with environmental responsibility.

The group is led by Martin Noble, who brings over 40 years of experience in the fertiliser and agronomy sector. His background spans fertiliser development, manufacturing, merchant distribution and large-scale crop nutrition programmes, giving Croptek a strong foundation in both technical expertise and practical farming knowledge.

With this depth of industry experience, Croptek bridges traditional agronomy with modern sustainable practices, helping growers maximise output while adapting to evolving environmental and economic challenges.
