Kristian Aleksandrov

Kristian Aleksandrov is a seasoned professional in Geographic Information Systems and remote sensing, currently serving as the GIS & Remote Sensing Lead at CropX since September 2025. Previously, Kristian held various roles, including Geographic Information Systems Engineer and Team Lead at Agritask, and Drone Specialist at TD Akademik Veliko Tarnovo, where responsibilities included utilizing drone mapping and geospatial data analysis for research purposes. Additional experience includes serving as a GIS Consultant for the Regional Historical Museum Pleven, Data Analyst at Portfolio Project Management EOOD, and Geography Specialist at Ucha.se. As a co-founder of Айляк Хамак, Kristian contributed to product design, and earlier research work at the Bulgarian Biodiversity Foundation focused on environmental studies.
