Shoshi Malik Tichover has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product design and user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.

Shoshi started their career at The Center for Educational Technology (CET) in 2003 as a Junior User Interface Designer and eventually became a Senior Designer. During their time at CET, they played a crucial role in rebranding the company and its product lines, collaborating with product managers on designing websites, apps, and products specifically tailored for users with special needs.

In 2010, Shoshi worked as a Visual Designer for various freelance iOS apps, showcasing their talent and creativity in mobile app design.

Shoshi then joined artizone in 2011 as a Senior UI/UX Designer, contributing to the overall interaction design process for the online marketplace. Shoshi spearheaded a full rebrand and redesign of the company's products, ensuring an intuitive and convenient shopping experience for users.

Shoshi became a Senior UI/UX Designer at Como® in 2013, where they played a pivotal role in creating and delivering the visual language for the U Browser product. Shoshi worked closely with product, R&D, and QA teams, leveraging their expertise in UI/UX design.

In 2015, they founded Teams.up, a team-based hiring platform, showcasing their entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

In 2016, Shoshi joined Knowmail as a Senior Product Designer. Shoshi was responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to characterization, and was involved in UI/UX design for various platforms, including SaaS, Microsoft Outlook solution, web and mobile apps, and integration with personal assistant skills such as Alexa, Cortana, and Siri. Additionally, they worked on hardware device interfaces for enterprise clients.

As a side project, they acted as the Lead Product Designer for DesignMatcher from 2017 to 2018.

Most recently in 2019, Shoshi joined CropX Technologies LTD as the Product Design Lead, focusing on leading the design efforts for the company's agricultural technology products.
