Kush Pandey

Kush Pandey is a founding team member at Crosby, an agentic law firm supported by Sequoia & BCV, since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kush served as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on growth equity investing and technology consulting from January 2023 to January 2025. As Co-Founder of ScoutMe, Kush developed India's first mobile-based scouting application, adopted by the All India Football Federation to identify grassroots talent for the national football team, from January 2016 to January 2025. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, assisting in MBA and Master’s courses from January 2021 to January 2023, as well as a brief internship at Strategy& in January 2022. Kush holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance and a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The Wharton School, as part of the Jerome Fisher M&T Program.
