Cecilia Bauman

Cecilia Bauman has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the marketing and advertising industry. Cecilia most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at CROSBY starting in December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TBWA Stockholm from August 2014 to March 2020, holding the position of Senior Account Project Manager. Cecilia also worked at Åkestam Holst - The North Alliance as a Senior Account Project Manager from April 2011 to June 2014. From July 2004 to May 2010, they worked at Nordiska Kompaniet as a Project Manager for advertising and media, and also served as the Acting Marketing Manager and Brand Manager. Before that, they held the role of Account Project Manager and Strategist at Garbergs Reklambyrå from April 1999 to June 2004. Their experience also includes working as the Advertising Manager at Stockholm Energi (now Fortum) from August 1996 to March 1999. Additionally, they had their own consultancy business focusing on sales and marketing at Effekt Utbildning from September 1993 to April 1996. Cecilia Bauman started their career as a Project Manager and Salesperson at Adresskompaniet from December 1989 to May 1993. Cecilia also worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Vendator Telemarketing and Vendator Institutet from March 1988 to December 1990.

Cecilia Bauman attended Berghs School of Communication from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in strategisk marknadsekonom. Their studies primarily focused on areas such as marknadsföring, varumärke, analys, strategi, positionering, kommunikation, and projektledning.
