Richenda Bartholomew

Richenda Bartholomew is currently a Secondary Science Teacher specializing in Physics at Crosfields School since September 2023. Prior to this role, Richenda served as a Physics Teacher at The Abbey School, Reading, from September 2019 to August 2023, and held positions as a Physics Teacher and KS4 Coordinator at PROSPECT SCHOOL, READING, from July 2018 to August 2019. From January 2007 to June 2018, Richenda was Head of Physical Sciences and a Physical Sciences Teacher at Elkanah House, alongside teaching Grade 6 subjects including Natural Sciences, Mathematics, English, Afrikaans, Life Orientation, Social Sciences, and Economic Management Sciences. Richenda also contributed as Cluster Manager for Western Cape and participated as a national subject forum member for the Independent Examination Board from January 2014 to June 2018. Richenda holds a BSc degree from Stellenbosch University and a PGCE in Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Sport Science from the University of South Africa.
