Doreen Mason

Doreen Mason has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Doreen is currently serving as the Vice President Client Services in the Employee Benefits Group at Cross Insurance since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Buiness Benefits Inc from October 2018 to May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Vice President at Buiness Benefits, Inc. from September 1999 to October 2018. Doreen's career began at Matthew Thornton Health Plan in January 1991, where they worked as a Senior Underwriter and Sales Executive until April 1999.

Doreen Mason pursued their education starting in 1975 at Salem State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance in 1980. Doreen then furthered their education at UNH from 1989 to 1991, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
