Heather Spaulding, CIC, ACSR, has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and design industries. Since August 2008, Heather has served as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent and Account Manager at Cross Insurance, specializing in various types of commercial insurance including General Liability and workers' compensation. Prior to this role, Heather worked as an Independent AVON Representative since 1995 and was the owner and web/graphic designer at Hot Pink Flamingo from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, Heather served as a commercial lines underwriting assistant at North East Insurance Company from 2006 to 2007. Heather's educational background includes studies at the University of Southern Maine and the University of New England.
