Ryan Galli

Ryan Galli has extensive work experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Ryan began their career in 2007 at Medical Staffing Network, where they served as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Travel Rehab Manager. During their time at Medical Staffing Network, they were responsible for nationwide recruitment efforts and training new employees.

In 2014, Ryan joined Cross Country Healthcare as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for Cross Country Allied. Ryan later became a Recruitment Manager, providing coaching and support to a team of recruiters. In January 2021, they were promoted to Director of Recruiting for Nursing and Allied Travel, where they focused on lead generation and support for the travel operations. In September 2021, they were promoted to Senior Director of Recruiting, expanding their responsibilities to include day-to-day management and partnership with Nursing management.

Currently, Ryan holds the position of Vice President, Travel Allied at Cross Country Healthcare, where they continue to lead and support the recruitment teams and provides resources for business operations.

Ryan Galli received their Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Western Illinois University in 2005. Ryan later completed their MBA in Human Resource from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2010 and 2012.
