Hayley Thornhill

Hayley Thornhill currently serves as the Business Insights Service Manager at Cross Keys Homes from April 2018 to the present. Prior to this role, Hayley was a Project Manager at Caterpillar Inc. for a brief period in early 2018. From January 2009 to February 2018, Hayley held the position of Senior Policy Manager at Peterborough City Council, focusing on policy and strategic direction in various preventative services, including neighbourhood management and community safety. Before this, Hayley worked as a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Cambridgeshire Constabulary from June 2005 to December 2008, where responsibilities included managing a team of analysts and ensuring the quality of analytical outputs. Hayley completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) in Law with European Legal Systems at the University of East Anglia from 1999 to 2003.
