Marek Tvrdý

Marek Tvrdý is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in support, marketing, UX design, and testing across various companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Support Specialist at CROSS Network Intelligence since April 2018, Marek previously contributed as a Marketing Specialist at Tieto, focusing on the promotion of the Tieto DevOps Space toolchain. Prior to that, Marek worked as a UX Designer at Tieto Czech Support Services s.r.o., where responsibilities included user feedback analysis and documentation updates. A Test Architect at Tieto for a decade, Marek led testing teams and developed testing strategies. Marek also gained experience as an External Translator and QA for notable titles at CD Projekt Czech.
