Philippe (Zheng) GONG has a diverse work experience. Philippe (Zheng) started their career as an Investment Banking Intern at Atout Capital in 2016, where they gained experience in origination and execution tasks. Philippe (Zheng) then interned at 安永 (EY) in 2017 as a Transaction Advisory Services Intern. In 2018, Philippe worked as an Investment Banking Off-Cycle Analyst at Lazard and as an M&A Teaching Assistant at ESSEC Business School. Philippe (Zheng) continued their journey at Lazard in 2019 as an Investment Banking Analyst. Currently, they are the COO & Co-Founder at Cross Path since March 2023.

Philippe (Zheng) Gong began their education in 2011 at Beijing Language and Culture University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature in 2015. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Grande Ecole Master Program at ESSEC Business School, specializing in Corporate Finance. Philippe (Zheng) pursued this program from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their academic pursuits, Philippe also obtained a certification from the Graduate Management Admission Council® (GMAC®) in May 2014, achieving a remarkable GMAT score of 770/800, which places him in the top 1% of global candidates.
