Dustin Bank

Dustin Bank is an experienced professional currently serving as the Online Community Pastor at Cross Point Church since September 2019, where responsibilities include recruiting and managing a volunteer team of over 100, fostering their leadership and spiritual growth. Prior to this, Dustin held the position of Manager of Royalty Administration at Royalty Exchange from April 2018 to March 2022, implementing a new royalty administration system and overseeing an annual royalty flow of approximately $3 million. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Coordinator of Music & Media Licensing at Viacom, where leadership of interns and the creation of complex reports were key tasks, as well as previous roles in accounting and licensing at Bluewater Music Services Corp. Dustin holds an M.B.A. in Leadership & Management from Lipscomb University and a B.A. in Commercial Guitar Performance with a minor in German from Belmont University.
