Matthew Parker

Matthew Parker is an experienced executive in the equipment rental and risk management industries, currently serving as Managing Director for the UK at Cross Rental Services since November 2024, after a brief tenure at Cross Hire Services. Previously, Matthew held various leadership roles at Aggreko from January 2017 to December 2024, including Managing Director for Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, and Head of Global Accounts. Matthew also served as Managing Director at Protection Vessels International from September 2014 to January 2017, overseeing P&L and balance sheet responsibilities. Earlier experience includes positions as Strategy Director at Protection Group International and Corporate Financier at Cutfield Freeman & Co. Matthew's career began in the Royal Marines, where service spanned from 2000 to 2012. Matthew holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter, completed in 2000, and attended The Kings School, Ely, from 1986 to 1997.
