Anat Dekel

Anat Dekel currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at Cross River, beginning in November 2023. Prior to this role, Anat was the Product Lead at Navan, driving the development of the AI-powered virtual support assistant, Ava, from September 2022 to September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Product Manager at Melio, where Anat established a growth squad and managed product roadmaps and analytics. At Via, from June 2018 to May 2021, Anat oversaw features and roadmaps for both B2C and B2B2C customer accounts, introducing new product concepts that provided competitive advantages. Earlier positions include roles at Plarium and 888holdings, focusing on product management and development. Anat's foundational experience began in the IDF and SunGard Israel as a C++ developer, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from The Open University of Israel.
