Jhacco Castro currently serves as AVP of Fintech Banking at Cross River since 2025, leveraging innovative APIs to empower fintechs with embedded payment solutions. Previously, as a Product Strategist for Embedded Finance at Fiserv from 2024 to 2025, Castro contributed to streamlining market entry for clients by integrating comprehensive banking capabilities. Castro’s earlier roles at Cross River include a focus on payment solutions within the Banking-as-a-Platform model. Additionally, Castro has extensive experience as a Council Member at GLG, advising on remittances and global payments, and served as Business Advisor at EmpreBask Mexico, enhancing value for Spanish companies abroad. Notable past positions also include Director of Enterprise Sales at AFEX, International Business Manager at TransferMate Global Payments, and Partnership Sales Manager at MoneyGram International. Jhacco Castro holds a Master’s degree in Policy Making and Conflict Resolution from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Rowan University.
