Jocelyn Baez

Jocelyn Baez, MBA, CAMS, currently serves as the AVP of Strategic Regulatory Compliance Initiatives at Cross River since October 2021, focusing on project management and strategic planning within the Compliance department. Previously, Jocelyn worked as a Financial Crimes Compliance Project Manager at Cross River, and played a crucial role at Royal Caribbean Group as the Workforce Liaison Manager, where responsibilities included strategic forecasting and operational effectiveness. Prior experience at HSBC encompassed leadership roles in risk management and employee engagement, alongside developing young professional initiatives. Jocelyn holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Florida and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Miami.
