Nicolas Moriatis

Nicolas Moriatis, CTP, serves as the Director of Finance Innovation and Global Tax Planning at Cross River, focusing on strategic global tax planning, compliance, and providing accounting, finance, regulatory, and tax expertise for company initiatives since April 2019. Previous roles include US Based Executive Advisor at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, where responsibilities included serving as a finance, regulatory, and tax advisor, and Chief Financial Officer at RB International Finance (USA) LLC, leading restructuring projects and overseeing financial reporting and risk management. Earlier career experiences include Vice President and Controller positions at RZB Finance LLC and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, where extensive management of accounting and reporting functions was conducted. Nicolas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, complemented by education from New York University.
