Shira Beit-Halachmi Cohen

Shira Beit-Halachmi Cohen is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading the talent acquisition strategy at Cross River since May 2022. Previously, Shira held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Deloitte, where responsibility included developing HR strategies and managing a recruitment team of over 20 members. Shira's background also features roles such as Recruitment Manager at Strauss Group Inc., Head of Billing Revenue Department at Mey - Modiin Water Corporation, Department Manager at M.G.A.R Ltd., and Interior Designer at Habitat. Shira holds a B.Design in Interior Design from The College of Management Academic Studies and pursued additional studies at Bar-Ilan University and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
