Wes Lazara

Wes Lazara is an experienced executive with a notable career in information technology and organizational leadership. As the Chief Executive Officer at Cross the Divide since May 2005, Wes has demonstrated effective leadership and strategic vision. Previous roles include serving as a consultant for Habitat for Humanity East Bay and an IT consultant for the American Lung Association of California. Wes also held the position of Information Technology Director at East Bay Conservation Corps and Senior Systems Administrator at the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation. Early career experiences include serving as a snowboard instructor at Kirkwood Ski Resort and systems administrator for Glendale Unified School District. Wes's technical background began as an IT Technician/QA at Walt Disney Interactive. Wes holds a BA in World Religions and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
