Erika Leonard

Erika Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Crossbar, starting in May 2023. Before that, Erika worked at Quillt from 2014 to 2023. At Quillt, they held various positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for creating and executing product strategies for high-traffic websites. Erika Leonard has an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Psychology, and Marketing from Saint Louis University.
