Alexandre Sadones

Alexandre Sadones is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Architect at Crossbeam since June 2024, Sadones previously held the position of CTO at Reveal from April 2019 to July 2024 and served as Senior Software Engineering Manager at SAP from January 2017 to April 2019, overseeing the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting & CRM Tech team. As CTO of Multiposting from March 2011 to January 2017, Sadones managed a team of 25 developers and led product management and R&D initiatives, contributing to the company's acquisition by SAP. Early career experiences include roles as a Research Engineer Intern at Thales Communications and a Software Engineer Intern at MBDA. Sadones also served as a Sun Campus Ambassador during studies at École Polytechnique, and as an Officer in the French Navy, enhancing leadership and communication skills. Sadones earned a Diplome d'ingénieur polytechnicien in Information Technology from École Polytechnique and a Civilingenjör degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
