Nikki Johnston has extensive experience in sales and account management roles. Nikki started their career at TechTarget as an Account Executive in 2007 and went on to hold various roles, including Major Account Manager and Global Account Manager. Nikki then joined Salsify in 2017 and worked their way up to Senior Enterprise Account Executive. In 2022, Nikki joined Pavilion as a Member before moving to Crossbeam in 2023 where they currently hold the position of Director of Sales.
Nikki Johnston attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2003 to 2007. Nikki obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management during that time. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in PIM Proficiency from Salsify.
