Jennifer Cozier

Jennifer Cozier has extensive experience in product management. Jennifer currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Product at CrossBorder Solutions, a SaaS company specializing in AI tax solutions for multinational corporations. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product Management at Fiserv, where they led a fintech portfolio and was responsible for long-term strategy and execution. At Wolters Kluwer, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Product Management for the Tax and Accounting US Division, overseeing a team and managing the roadmaps for multiple tax products. Jennifer also held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Paycor, where they were responsible for payroll, tax, and HR products. Jennifer began their career at ADP, where they held various roles, including Senior Director of Product Management in the National Accounts Division. Jennifer successfully led the ADP Vantage HCM portfolio and played a key role in integrating and launching ADP WorkforceNow after the acquisition of Employease.
