Diana Njuguna

Diana Njuguna is an Africa Investment Advisor at Crossboundary, where they work on and closes follow-on investments. Prior to joining Crossboundary, Diana was an observer on the audit committee and remuneration committee at New GX Capital. Diana also served as a Board Observer and Audit Committee Observer at TIMRITE from August 2013 to April 2019.

Diana Njuguna is a CFA charterholder and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford - Said Business School. Diana also has an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Accountancy and Finance from Birmingham City University. Diana Njuguna also has a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Diana is also an ACCA member.
