Benjamin Lee

Benjamin Lee is a seasoned professional in translational medicine and oncology, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Crossbow Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various senior positions at Surface Oncology Inc., including Vice President and Senior Director of Translational Science from May 2017 to September 2023. Benjamin's experience includes a tenure as Medical Director at Takeda Oncology and multiple leadership roles at Novartis, where responsibilities spanned from Head of Molecular Pathology to Clinical Research Physician. Benjamin's academic background includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School focused on leukemia and hematologic diseases, alongside an MD and PhD in Medicine and Molecular Genetics from Stony Brook University, and an AB in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
