Clive Foran

Clive Foran is an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in managing high-end residential properties. Currently employed at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd since November 2020, Clive previously held the same title at ICC Property Management, where responsibilities included managing a tower with 298 suites at Yonge and Bloor. From October 2012 to June 2019, Clive was with Larlyn Property Management, overseeing over 500 units within both townhouse and high-rise communities, focusing on financial control, budget setting, and maintaining high-quality property standards through effective communication with unit owners and contractors. Clive is an alumnus of Humber College.
