Muhammad Athar has extensive experience in property and asset management, currently serving as an Asset and Condominium Property Manager at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd since March 2018. Responsibilities include managing financial aspects such as budgeting and reserve fund management, overseeing legal matters, coordinating annual meetings, and vendor management. Muhammad Athar also engages in project management related to new developments and preventive maintenance, ensures regulatory compliance, and interacts with developers and engineering consultants for performance audits.
