Jacob Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and product development. As the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Crosschq since May 2022, Jacob has played a pivotal role in enhancing hiring management solutions, following a successful tenure as Co-Founder and CEO of TalentWall™, which was acquired by Crosschq. Jacob has served in various key roles including Recruitment Consultant at One Medical, Head of Talent at brightwheel and NS1, and Technical Recruiting Lead at DigitalOcean, contributing significantly to the growth of each organization. Jacob's early career included positions such as Director of Business Operations at Krueger Systems, Lead Technical Recruiter at ThoughtWorks, and Sr. Technical Recruiter at Addison Search. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and has also pursued studies at Miami University and the University of Valencia.
