James Franklin

James Franklin has work experience in the field of IT and project coordination. James currently works at CrossCom as a Project Coordinator since December 2021. Previously, they worked at CompuCom where they held multiple roles including Operations Analyst from August 2014 to December 2021 and Field Service Analyst from May 2000 to December 2021.

James Franklin attended ECPI University from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology. James then went on to Pitt Community College from 2008 to 2011, earning an Associate's degree. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Western Governors University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on IT Management.
