Janet Lavieri

Janet Skukas Lavieri is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in management and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at CrossCountry Consulting since January 2023, Janet previously held the position of Accounting Manager at Pathway to Living from May 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, Janet was the Property Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant for Financial Reporting at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. from July 2017 to May 2021. Janet began their career at Deloitte as an Audit Associate and later as an Audit Senior from September 2014 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes an Audit Intern role at Crowe Horwath LLP and leadership as Vice President of the Illini Women's Water Polo Team. Janet holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
