Karen Kenny

Karen Kenny is an experienced International Operations Manager specializing in Talent Management, currently leading initiatives at CrossCountry Consulting since January 2016. With a focus on performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture, Karen has successfully developed and implemented programs that enhance the employee lifecycle. Prior experience includes serving as the International HR & Talent Management Specialist at CRH, where Karen coordinated the global mobility program, and as a Senior Consultant at PwC, providing expertise in global mobility and employment tax.
