Caroline Ujvari

Caroline Weber possesses extensive experience in event management and education. Currently serving as National Events Director at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since November 2019, Caroline has progressively taken on roles from Senior Events Specialist to Events Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Production Assistant at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, where data and documentation for loan transactions were managed, and as an Event Planner at Daisy Drift Creative, overseeing the organization of various events. Significant roles also include Head Coach at Western Reserve League and Operations Manager at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, where team development and daily operations were key responsibilities. Earlier career highlights feature teaching and intervention expertise at Hudson City School District. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the same institution.
