Erin Fox is a seasoned professional in content marketing and social media management, currently serving as the Content Marketing Director at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC since December 2017. In this role, Erin oversees teams focused on social media, SEO, and content strategy, driving initiatives related to influencer relationships and short-form video content creation. Previously, Erin held positions such as Social Media Director and Senior Social Media Manager at CrossCountry Mortgage, and Social Media Manager at TWIST Creative, Inc. Erin's experience also includes roles at CBS RADIO as Promotions Coordinator & New Media and at Webcast Group Inc. as a Multimedia Producer, along with various positions in radio management and promotions early in the career. Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications from Elon University in 2009.
