Shawn Hawthorne

Shawn Hawthorne is an accomplished IT Security Team Lead at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC, where responsibilities include leading the Security Operations Team focused on incident response and risk mitigation, as well as reviewing and implementing security strategies for mergers and acquisitions. Previously, at LendingTree, Shawn excelled as a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer, where notable achievements included the implementation of SailPoint architecture and Azure IAM solutions. With a strong background in infrastructure engineering, Shawn has also held roles at Movement Mortgage and VectorVest, Inc., contributing to enterprise IAM, cloud architecture, server migrations, and client support. Shawn holds a B.S. in Applied Economics with a minor in Computer Science from East Carolina University.
