James Edwards

James Edwards has extensive experience in the railway engineering sector, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at CrossCountry Trains since May 2014. This role represents a culmination of various positions held within CrossCountry Trains, including Head of Fleet & Engineering on a secondment and multiple engineering roles associated with the HST and Voyager fleets. Prior to this, James worked at Interfleet Technology, originating from the Graduate Scheme and gaining valuable skills in vehicle power and environment. James's academic background includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, supplemented by early internships at the University of Nottingham and Perkins Engines.
