Jessica di Giovanni

Jessica Di Giovanni is an experienced professional in revenue management and commercial systems, currently serving as Sr Manager of Revenue Management at CrossCountry Trains since September 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of CBI Manager at Qatar Airways from November 2022 to May 2023. From January 2020 to October 2022, Jessica worked at Great Western Railway (GWR) in various roles, including Commercial Systems Manager, Strategy Manager, and System Development Manager. Prior experience includes managing pricing and yield at Hertz from August 2018 to December 2019 and serving multiple roles at Great Western Railway (GWR) from November 2014 to July 2018. Jessica began a lengthy career at Alitalia Società Aerea Italiana S.p.A., where roles spanned from Sales Executive to Pricing and Bundle Manager within the AZ AF KLM Joint Venture Unit over a period of more than 15 years.
