Previously, Charles was involved in various roles including Business Development at PeerStreet, Project Coordinator at QUIGG, and Acquisitions Associate at Oak Road Capital, where responsibilities encompassed project management, market assessments, and client engagement. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California and ongoing studies at Loyola University New Orleans, complemented by foundational education from The Haverford School.
