Paul Kopecky

Paul Kopecky is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in insurance and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CrossCover Insurance since April 2023, Kopecky oversees Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, and Client Management, and is a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Kopecky held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Trisura Specialty Insurance Company from August 2017 to March 2023, managing daily operations across various departments. With previous roles including Senior Vice President of Operations & Underwriting at Team Focus Insurance Group and Senior Vice President at Swiss Re, Kopecky has a proven track record in Underwriting strategy, operational excellence, and claims management. An alumnus of Texas A&M University with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Baker University with an MBA, Kopecky has also held leadership positions at The Hartford, Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, and GE Insurance Solutions, and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
