Padmini Adiga

Padmini Adiga has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as an Executive in Product Support at Crossdomain since April 2018, where responsibilities include interfacing with clients and configuring software for payroll implementations. Prior to this role, Padmini was a Payroll Executive at GMR Group from December 2015 to April 2018, managing end-to-end payroll processes for over 1,200 employees using SAP. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior HR Executive at Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt Ltd, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes, and as an HR-Staffing Specialist at Business Fundamental, specializing in candidate sourcing and recruitment. Padmini holds a B.Sc degree in PMCs from BMS College for Women and has completed standard X and XII at Sri Saraswathi Vidya Mandir and National College, respectively.
