Tiffany Hatcher

Tiffany Hatcher is an accomplished banking and nonprofit executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director and President in Tulsa at CrossFirst Bank since April 2017, Tiffany is dedicated to fostering extraordinary service and trusted relationships within the banking community. Previously, from December 2013 to November 2022, Tiffany held the position of CEO and Board Chair at Palmer Continuum of Care, where initiatives included overseeing the Tulsa Women and Children’s Center, a program providing substance abuse treatment for mothers and their children. Tiffany's earlier career includes positions as a Private Banker at Arvest Bank and Premier Banking Market Manager at Bank of America, showcasing a strong foundation in banking and client relationship management.
