Felix Nordqvist is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently at YouTube, Felix launched one of Sweden's largest personal finance channels, attracting approximately 300,000 monthly views since June 2020. As a coach at CrossFit Nordic, Felix leads classes for all skill levels. Previous roles include working as an Associate in Capital Markets at CBRE Sweden, where transactions exceeded EUR 10 million, and as an Analyst at Oscar Properties, facilitating property development projects. Earlier experience includes internships in commercial and development roles, as well as a foundational background in property management. Education includes a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and Financial Services from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and engagement in various prestigious institutions such as Harvard University.
