Cody Keathley

Cody Keathley is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director at M7 HOLDINGS since September 2023, and as the Seminar Staff Head Trainer for CrossFit, LLC since November 2018. In addition, Cody owns and is Head Coach at CrossFit Chase and has held various roles at BWX Technologies, Inc., including Operations Superintendent and Manufacturing Engineer Unit Manager, from March 2015 to December 2023. Prior experience also includes co-owning CrossFit Utility, serving as a Project Engineer Co-Op at SPSI, and a Process/Mechanical Engineer Co-Op at Network / Diamond Polymers, Inc. Cody's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Ashland University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
