Don Faul has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Don most recently served as the CEO of CrossFit, LLC starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of CEO at Athos from September 2015 to December 2021. Don also worked at Pinterest as the Head of Operations from June 2012 to February 2015. Don has held leadership positions at Facebook, where they served as the VP of Online Operations from February 2008 to May 2012, and at Google Inc as the Manager of Online Sales and Operations from July 2006 to February 2008. Don's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Platoon Commander from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they have been a Board Member at Nuru International since 2007.
Don Faul obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. Don later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate from CrossFit Education in August 2022.
