Michael Gregory

Michael Gregory has extensive experience in the fitness industry, serving as the Head Coach and Co-Owner at Crossfit Central since November 2006. In addition, Michael has been the Co-Owner and Head Coach at STRONGER by Fringe Sport since October 2018. Michael's commitment to health and fitness is further demonstrated through an independent distributor role at Advocare since August 2002 and as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at PowerPlant Athletic Training since May 2002.
